253. Cryptography and Data Security (3) III. Bishop

Lecture— 3 hours. Prerequisite: course 150; consent of instructor. Methods of protecting data in computer and communication systems from unauthorized disclosure and modification. Introduction to mwthematical principles of security with applications to operating systems, database systems, and computer networks.
